By accessing and using Bizlek's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.

Bizlek provides financial management services including but not limited to:

• Bookkeeping and accounting services
• Tax preparation and filing
• CFO advisory and strategic financial guidance
• Financial dashboards and reporting
• Cash flow management and forecasting

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide timely access to financial records and documentation

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and financial data. Our team members are bound by professional confidentiality obligations and will not disclose your information except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bizlek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive all work product and documentation related to your account. Outstanding fees remain due and payable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by Bizlek are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
