Bizlek.com, Inc. ("Bizlek," "we," "us," or "our") provides back-office services, including bookkeeping services, controller services, tax services, R&D tax credit services, COO services, CFO services, and stock administration services, as well as software-as-a-service tools to local partners and their customers (together, our "Services"). This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how we handle personal information when we market and sell our Services to prospective customers and local partners, deliver our Services to our customers, local partners and their customers, and operate our business.
We collect, use, and disclose information in order to market, sell, and provide services to businesses and other organizations in the United States - not to individual consumers. How we use it: To provide Services, operate our business, manage customer relationships, and provide support.
Retention: Retained for as long as we have a legal or business reason, at least through applicable statute of limitations periods.
Administrative Data
Administrative Data includes service management information (account credentials), service usage information (log data, metadata), and Usage Data from our application.
How we use it: For account registration, providing Services, customer support, communications, and service improvements.
Retention: Currently retained indefinitely for business operations.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Call Recordings
We record calls and video conferences for training, service delivery, and process improvement. Recordings are retained for up to 3 years or until you request deletion.
